Belle is a cute little 5 year old Morkie (maltese/yorkie) who lives in Fresno, California with her human, Kathi Cardoza. Kathi tells us…”Belle has come to the office with me every day since she was 5 weeks old. She has an ever growing group of friends who stop by just to visit with her.
